Valves for Diving Cylinders and Other Applications

Diving cylinder valves are crucial components of equipment for divers. These valves are specifically designed for diving cylinders and/or industrial cylinders to control air flow and ensure reliable breathing gas supply underwater. High Tech Diving and other renowned manufacturers such as Polaris, San-o-Sub (S.o.S), Nautec, Scubatec, Aqualung, Seemann, Scubapro, Sub Gear, OMS, Aircon, and VTI offer a wide range of valves. Our products are based on years of technical experience and expertise in high-pressure environments.

The valves and valve assemblies may be offered under various trade names of the same manufacturer, which can sometimes lead to confusion when sourcing replacement parts. Our own valves under the brand: High Tech Diving (HTD) comply with standards EN-144, DIN EN ISO 12209, and DIN 477, and are manufactured on in-house CNC machines. They are produced for single diving cylinders and double diving cylinders in pressure ratings of 200/232bar (250bar) and 300bar (350bar). The valves are designed for various bottle neck thread sizes such as M25x2mm, M18x1.5mm, as well as small conical (17E) and large conical (25E) threads, and have an outlet connection for compressed air (G5/8"), Nitrox (M26x2), or industrial connections like G3/4" or W21.8x1/14.

Installation should be carried out exclusively by trained personnel and only in combinations where bottle neck thread and valve inlet thread match. Detailed information on valve assembly for pressure devices, including torque settings, can be found on our website.
